Please download the registration and waiver forms on left and mail it in or go to one of our walk in registration dates.

Walk in Registration Dates:
At the Goalpost in the Arena together with Minor Hockey and Baseball

February 24 from 6-9 pm
March 6  from 9-12 am.

  • waiver forms MUST be signed and mailed in with registration and payment
  • $50 late fee. - see registration form for details
